How much does Hurraay cost?

CV screening costs 4 cents per application. Agentic phone interviews cost €15 each, €13 from 200 interviews and €11 from 400. Active sourcing costs 5% of the first-year fixed salary, only when you hire. All prices exclude VAT.

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay per screening, per interview and per hire. Nothing else.

What does a typical hiring round cost?

500 applicants and 50 interviews cost €770. That is €20 for screening every CV and €750 for 50 interviews at €15.

When do I pay for active sourcing?

Only when you hire a candidate we sourced. The fee is 5% of their first-year fixed salary. For a €70,000 hire that is €3,500.

How long is an agentic phone interview?

20 to 30 minutes. The AI agent tells every candidate it is an AI. A human confirms every rejection.
